Q12. How do I make a return?

Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section.
Select the relevant order then click on “Request a Return”.

You will be redirected to the dedicated portal:

Q13. I have a problem with my order (missing item, error, defective product). What should I do?

Contact us promptly at contact@alhidayah.fr with your order number and a photo if necessary.
Our team will process your request as soon as possible.
